On-site Computer Service & Repair
I only provide on-site service to those who are located in Red River, NM. Sorry. For a while, I was more ambitious and was willing to travel further, but now it's just me and gas is expensive. My rate is $50/hr with a half hour minimum. Here's what I do.

I provide only limited service to laptop computers. I will be happy to upgrade your memory or swap out your hard drive. If your laptop has a hardware problem that is not related to the hard disk, I cannot help you. Please contact the manufacturer.
Remote Troubleshooting
No need to be present to win… I currently partner with SupportSpace to provide online assistance even where I can't be physically present. When I can't be available at all, try one of their other certified technicians.
Data Recovery
It's not dead. It's only mostly dead… It's a heart-sinking feeling when your computer won't boot. But chances are that your data is still recoverable. Let me take a look. If I can't recover anything, you don't pay anything.
Of course, having an up-to-date backup is always a good idea. Mozy will keep an updated, offsite backup of the files on your Mac or PC. And their most basic service is free.
